We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. All you need are is one of the aforementioned payment types. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. A confirmed mailing address through Paypal may also speed up the process.

What you see is what you get. This store will not generally allow for overselling, therefore it is almost impossible for you to order something that is out of stock. If for some reason we are out of a particular size or format, we will contact you and let you know- especially if a restock is going to be delayed for an unusually long period.

Normally all orders will ship within a few business days but can occasionally take up to a month. International orders may vary due to many different delivery variables. Debello Recordings mailorder is operated by a small but very hardworking couple of people, but we can get a bit backed up at times. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we possibly can. If for some reason there is an unexpected delay and your item does not go out in under a week, we will usually try to advise you of said delay. You can then decide to wait or receive a refund. Friendly correspondence and patience is always appreciated.

Note:
Our facility is operational seven days a week but only processes orders Monday - Friday.

Once shipped (please refer to "How Long Does Shipping Take" above), the normal time period for First Class mail to reach its destination is 3-5 Business days and 2-3 days for Priority mail. International orders normally take 1-2 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks depending on location, local customs, etc. If you need the item(s) in a hurry, please contact us, and we will discuss RUSH mail options with you and the additional costs involved.

Orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Individual orders normally go out First Class mail. Heavier items such as hoodies or combined orders will be sent either First Class or Priority Mail, factors dependent. For International orders, we ship First Class Airmail. Larger orders will be sent either First Class Airmail or Priority Mail International, whichever option is more economically viable.
